Since there is almost no printed material to learn how to use QC, is there anywhere one can go to ask questions about QC other than calling the company?

Sure would be nice if they had a messaging window within their program like CyberX does - sure would cut down on theie employees telephone time and therefore their expenses as well as provide us with better customer service.
