That ECC - Is a screaming short - last at 3.20 - up 2.80 - The deal is they are issuning 25MM shares and 20 cents to buy a company - so let me get this straight - a 6 MM deal makes this a 100MM company - Mcdermaid is making a killing shorting this and they doing the deal.
