As for the cooking, I am more than capable of taking care of this aspect myself. If you insist on tandoori chicken, I'd precede the meal with gobhi pakode (cauliflower fritters studded with coriander), possibly with a mint coriander dip. Since the chicken is traditionally accompanied with roasted onions, another vegetable is not necessary, but kali dal might be nice along with the saffron pilaf and the raita. Obviously the perfect dessert would be ras malai (cheese dumplings in pistachio cream sauce).

And the leftover chicken is wonderful in makhani murgh.
