This is a combination of market funk and market games played during a secondary. I've seen it all too many times. A quality company goes into a quiet period before a secondary and BOOM! the price melts down. I'm not going to guess what specifically is happening, but I know that those quality companies eventually rise above it all once they emerge from the quiet period and the shares are placed in stronger hands. I'm a buyer below $20. Edit: If this goes back to $1 (yeah right) I won't make the same mistake again. This time I won't back up the truck, I'll back up the freightliner! ;~)
