<<Any idea what is causing our current financial demise? Is this based on news or apathy?>>

Because this stock is a real loser and people are finally starting to realize it? Yep, I'm out of the woodwork again now that this stock is heading towards 10 again. SELL WHILE YOU CAN!!!

This is a combination of market funk and market games played during a secondary. I've seen it all too many times. A quality company goes into a quiet period before a secondary and BOOM! the price melts down. I'm not going to guess what specifically is happening, but I know that those quality companies eventually rise above it all once they emerge from the quiet period and the shares are placed in stronger hands.

I'm a buyer below $20.

Edit: If this goes back to $1 (yeah right) I won't make the same mistake again. This time I won't back up the truck, I'll back up the freightliner! ;~)

I have not heard any rumors of impending bad news. I understand the road show is going well and getting good reception and that everything with Sun and MTI is going extremely well.

I think this is the August market bla's and the fundamentals of the company have not moved negatively in the last four weeks. Some would consider this a buying opportunity. I would like to see the secondary completed in 2-3 weeks and then see what happens to the stock.
