Although I don't believe that management explained, and in any case I don't remember, I would speculate that you are correct.

Does that also fit with "ramp up" in need for ASICs over the course of the year?

They explicitly said yes to this question.

Does the 10-K address the seasonality implicit in your statement?

Not to my knowledge.
