Vendit, this DOW/UnionCarbide merge may vacant a DOW 30 seat, and
DOW will fill it in by the year end, Pruguy was arguing the impossibility of adding AOL to the DOW due to the lack of seat in
DOW 30.

Now, we have a hope? If AOL's performance is normal to good
for the rest of the year, we may see the addition of AOL to DOW
on 1/1/2000, new begin of the new century, adding AOL to
represent Internet industry making a lot of senses to the Dow Average,
if it happens like the 1998/12/31 S&P announcement of adding AOL
to S&P 500, history will repeat...
