Mark and Roger also have other companies they work with. They're fighting for control of Haas, a company in which the deal went sour.

Looks like brother Tompkins got stung on this one. Interesting selection of Mark S. Pierce as his attorney representing Haas & Neuveau in this suit.

Maybe the question to put to Tompkins now is why hasn't he filed suit against the creeps who stiffed us?

In the 8-K the name Charles Tatnall appeared. Should I remember seeing his name around MIDL discussions here?

Looks like Mark S. Pierce picks some real "winners" to deal with!
