For CMNT to get back in the program, it will have to close over the ACT and use it as support. The quick return gives it a shot. A high volume move up from the ACT is what you'd need to see as an indication that RR will occur with a modification. On average, a stock that breaks below the ACT gets the % of the falloff subtracted from the original RR % gain expectation. That translates to an equal share price amount as well. A 2+ point drop below the ACT will knock off 2+ points off the target. For CMNT, the target has gone from ~20 to just under 18 IF the ACT can hold it up convincingly.
