PHOENIX, ARIZONA

With an experienced staff committed to service excellence, our Phoenix office was named the state's top engineering firm by the 1998 Ranking Arizona magazine. The ranking was based on our exemplary record for client service on a broad range of engineering, planning and management services including unique and specialized design on diverse Environmental and infrastructure projects. Our repeat and continuous services to many of our clients illustrates our success in providing quality consulting in a coordinated, total service environment.
This most recent recognition of our strong local market position reflects Stantec's overriding objective - to excel in every aspect of providing our clients with the solutions they need. Recognizing that the services required will vary with each consulting challenge, Stantec has positioned itself to give every office full access to the resources and expertise of our nearly 2000 employees in over 40 offices across North America. This effectively allows us to offer the power of a large corporation through the personality and focus of a small business - a one stop shop for all consulting engineering and related projects.

Recently selected as consultant for a large scale wastewater treatment plant, the office has an excellent history in providing solutions for water supply, water reclamation, water treatment, water transmission, sewerage and wastewater treatment projects. Clients also look to us for their Buildings services needs.

Our Phoenix office also takes pride in its surface Transportation and Aviation divisions. In addition to providing services on numerous military, municipal and private airport projects in Arizona and California, Stantec's aviation division has been involved with developing airport terminal, land use, layout and master plans, environmental, management, policy and noise studies, economic and marketing plans, runways/taxiways and aprons, lighting, navigational aids, drainage and utilities, access roads and parking, security and construction administration.

Stantec's Infrastructure Management Systems provide excellence in consulting services for pavement management, computerized maintenance management, integrated asset management, master plans and infrastructure planning, needs analysis and systems integration, customized software development and bridge management.

Our Urban Land division incorporates a diverse group of professionals and disciplines to provide clients with complete geotechnical, planning, permitting, design, surveying and construction services.

Thanks, Anthony! Current (bid) prices for precious metals multiplied by reported yields:

Pt $355 x 2.6 opt = $923
Pd 341 x 1.0 = 341
Au 255 x 0.81 = 206
Rh 890 x 5.84 = 5,198
============================
Total $6,668

Remember that this is based on a two-ton test, not some theoretical
lab numbers scaled up.

p.s dang these proportional fonts!!

Tony, sounds good BUT steady state production for several weeks with resulting checks coming in is still needed.

Regarding his mentioning something about warrants - not stock warrants, warrants in this context means justifies.

Regards,
Bob

<<Now that we have established and determined that a leach and precipitation method will be the Company's primary mode of recovering precious metals, Stantec Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona, the Company's professional consulting and engineering firm is proceeding full speed ahead to complete the preparation of and filing our Aquifer Protection Permit. >>

They better be good and fast. Gippy's last request for an extension was denied and they have to submit by about Aug. 30, 1999 or they get turned over to enforcement.
