Frank. 10% is better than nothing. Some fund managers are in the red. But I agree on this DOW Theory. gg. But being in the DOW may actually be good worldwide. S&P worked fine for a while until the S&P went down plus the internet sector. Maybe picking up some AOL soon may work for the long run.
