"Did you mean:know?" Yes. hehehehe. Apologies for the spelling error....late night.

"Please answer the question: Why didn't EDIG issue an IPO?"
I think your question has already been answered. For further info contact the SEC and ask about regulations on offering IPO's. Consider the legal problems if the SEC were allow a company to offer an IPO simply b/c of a name change or because it would offer them greater returns. Public companies who evolved from previous public companies could eliminate all shareholders by simply doing an IPO. Public companies who decide to leave their troubled financial past for new pastures could simply do another IPO, leaving all previous shareholders with nothing. Our legal system & securities regulation is set up with part of the purpose to protect shareholders. It wouldn't allow such action as it would be ripe for abuse and would invite litigation. BTW, EDIG didn't evolve out of a bankrupt company....it's had the same patents, core business philosophy, and product plan. The only thing that has occurred is a name change and an evolution of technology that makes EDIG's expertise attractive.

But, I don't think you really care. It seems pretty obvious your motives are other than discussing the merits of EDIG. And no, I'm not an EDIG "zealot" and my previous posts support that.
