Freeserve's price is taking a tumble. Is this simply because the US Internet stocks are taking a hammering ?

If so, it's daft (but then so were the prices in the first place). The US Internet stocks are falling due to fears about the US economy: the Internet is part of the service sector, so it's at risk.

But Freeserve services the UK market, which seems quite untroubled by US problems. Is the market really so myopic that it can't distinguish one market's woes from another market's opportunities ?

Or am I missing something ?
