they can't do that because those buying THCL this week would then lose 50%.. legally they'd have to give everyone who bought THCL this week and up to the last day before the split the adjustment of shares

so if I bought THCL today or monday or anytime this week so far, if they want to do a forward split and adjust the price then they MUST
give all current shareholders the 2 for 1 or whatever ratio..

it will work out.. and THCL will move alot higher for those that continue to buy... the scare simply lies with those who are buying BGIX... if they dont get to trade for THCL.. then they are going to own a delisted stock... not pretty
