Heinz, Yes, that worries me also. All of this "surplus budget" stuff depends on a continuing rosy scenario for our market and economy, and of course (someone should tell the planners and manipulators), that is VERY, VERY far from being guaranteed at this point in time. It may very well be that many folks will hold back from their normal stock buying and purchasing patterns until they see what happens from Y2K, whether or not it's influence turns out to be a "dud", or something that will shake things up substantially. Yogi
