strm - i continue to think that starmedia has an enviable lead in the latin web space i think two or three can survive and be large players in this demographic but the timeline to me looks more like the next 5 to 7 years for this demographic to really become largescale web users that's based on slower penetration of pcs and web in latin regions of the world which is based further on telecom policies, disposable income levels, and general economic conditions in south america especially
