Great post and if Nacchio and other executives were so insistent on keeping QWST's share price up then why did they sell their shares right before the announcement of the buyout??? That's a real vote of confidence there Mr. CEO...! Once again the shareholder gets screwed. Of course as it looks now the shareholders are casting their vote on the takeover by selling out themselves. You made your bed Mr. Nacchio...now you can lay in it...I for one hope the price falls below $22 so the deal falls through...
