You can't be a trader this month if you did not trade(sell) last month. <g>
Just bought 200 Amzn shares @91; so 400 shares again. Will trade the 200 shares.

With investment bankers/brokerages engaged in pushing out 66 Internet IPOs during the month of August, it appears that the established net stocks will take a back seat on brokers agendas and the dilution will drain whatever new investment might come into the sector. In the best of times 66 IPOs might be able to be absorbed while the classic net stocks vaulted up. During the narrower trading of the summer, I just don't see that happening. You are probably right: more downside for the darlings.

A few Internet analysts are saying that the correction should be about over. Of course, many of the same analysts were encouraging investors to plow more money into these stocks while they were 60% higher. In hindsight some latter said sell - mostly after the damage was already done but it's nice for them to get it on the record that they were right, if only several weeks late.
