YHOO is still the Flagship of the internets and is making $$$. It will be resilient IMO. I don't expect to have the opportunity to buy below 100.

$119 is completely irrelevant. $118 is very relevant. And they'll take it there eventually and most likely, the bears will win this round. Saving up for that rainy day to buy back. If it doesn't get there, I'll gladly pay up for it. But you have to be nuts to buy the nuts today.

It will all come down to who has the best buisness model. Ebay's drawback is that it has to have buisness oriented sellers to make it fly. They might have trouble growing, but they have a good buisness model.Aol has a good buisness model, but free internet access is here (Net Zero, and Alta Vista). If more search engines go to free access, then the AOL buisness model will be in question. $19.95 per month x 5 years = $1197. Seems like over a lifetime, a moderate user of the internet could save $5000 or more.Yahoo's buisness model seems to be the best of the inets for now,and they have held up the best so far. But the Aug 24 Greenspam speech (it wasn't a mistake) will keep this market in jitters until then. Nobody really knows where the bottom is, and we have three weeks to go until Aug 24.
