Sources have learned that Hillary Clinton has cleared Bill Clinton to go out and get BJ's on the condition that he be caught and lie. Hillary's campaign advisors have learned that the only way she will catch NY Mayor Rudolph Guliani in the Senate race is for Hillary to revive the sympathy vote.
