A large portion of mutual funds do their tax loss selling Aug-Oct. to counter their gains they begin locking in mid July.

my first post here. if qwst price keeps going down like this, there will be no deal with us west. there was a price range agreed upon for this deal. i believe the current price is out of this range now. if this deal is derailed, does that mean qwst price will go north? it is logical, isn't it? the price should go back to the predeal level.
