I would much rather see some volume down here to confirm the bottom in the price. All though we have completed a nice 5 wave correction in the stock price a change in direction should also be confirmed by volume. Bids are in place to pick up the volume, seems that the sellers have taken the day off. Would rather see any loose shares leaving hands that will part with them on the first rally and have them in my own account where they can stay the course.
This stock is a longterm gem. Everybody wishes to get in on the ground floor of a Hemlo or a lac. Well, this property has all the makings of it. 150 miles from Hemlo and probably less then 20 from where lac began. Joyous thing is Hemlo is divided into three mines from three different companies. If these deposits continue to show the continuity between zones the final company will be one big outfit.
anybody buying in at these prices is basically in on the ground floor. Downside is minimal and upside is not infinite but definitley substantial.
Stock really needs to repair the damage on the chart. Need to base a little, improve the volume and then substantially establish a rally.
News makes volume. I would think the next little while should provide us with news on recent drilling activity and updates on phase 2 drilling.
