It looks like the insiders are buying right now. They want to keep is from falling.

Maybe its only worth a nickel, but discussions of facts will reveal its true worth.

If you're referring to the Seymour article, there was no need for them to "fight back". There was a big article about the company in the San Diego paper the next day, and it was copied here on SI. It corrected all the misinformation in the Seymour article, so what more did the company need to do?
