Evidence that Starnet and Mark Dohlen
lied to the stockholders and potential investors

Here is the letter from the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board. This letter clearly demonstrates that Starnet, and in particular, Mark Dohlen, lied to the stockholders, and potential investors, on numerous occasions, and also in the conference call with the stockholders a few months ago. Mr. Dohlen claimed the Gaming Control Board knew all about the true beneficial owners of the British Virgin Island trust who owns the biggest block of shares in Starnet. It's obvious, he is not telling the truth. The Gaming Control Board is looking into Mr. Dohlen's misleading statements.
