Bob, you may be correct about the message boards. I just have no way of knowing if you are. What I do hope is that MRPS management would start getting its act together more with regard to the financial/administrative aspect of operations. Albeit long-overdue, at least they have finally recognized that financial reporting is important. Getting E&Y involved is a start.
Please understand that I wish nothing but the best for MRPS as a company and, particularly, for the stock price to go up. I just think that the potential for upward stock price movement has been perhaps minimized during the first seven months of 1999. At the same time, I applaud the marketing and distribution and outsourcing efforts by management.

If, and I repeat, if the numbers released (unaudited I might again add) are close to correct, then there was a good second quarter in 1999. But, this is only a shortened version of an income statement. We need to see the balance sheet as well, don't we?

Furthermore, at the present moment, there is no established consistency with management's actions. There is the Rizzo/Russo thing, which is still unexplained to the shareholders. And, with all due respect to the investors of SSA, there is in MY mind a negative in using SSA to represent MRPS in its PR efforts. If I were in MRPS management, I would hire one of the very reputable and well-known PR firms right there in Nashville to promote my company. Heaven knows, there are many good PR firms in Nashville, so why not use them?

Again, as a shareholder, I want to maximize my potential investment in MRPS. I am sure you want to do the same, don't you?

Why say "time will tell"...what the hell does that mean. the fact of the matter is there are serious matters that must be rectified first. If some of you on this board don't understand this then that is why you have no idea why the stock is where it is. WAKE UP all ready, you all sound pitifull. most of you guys are just hoping and praying and believing in MRPS as a todem pole of luck. MRPS has potential but to get to the next level this company has to be able to show dilligent management decisions (which they are starting to do in a example of EY). MRPS must treat their micro company the same way a GM would in dilligence and execution. Put out press releases that use the ENGLISH language correctly, and employ a real PR firm that will support their efforts for a NASDAQ listing(still at least a year away IMO). At this juncture can anyone justify why a IB would want to get deeply involved.....or why a company would really want to make an investment at this point. The Answer is no...and I am not speaking alone, but rather from a perspective of IB that have looked at MRPS and are NOT nearly ready to risk real money on this company yet. A series of consistent changes must be executed steadily...not just one or two.
