kerm/ possible ties? Westminster's Chairman/CEO (John Woods) was Chairman of bkp from Feb'93 to April'98. That was right around the same time that BKP gave cash ($7mil'ish) and shares to WML in exchange for Midale/S.E. Sask. interests and some Alberta interests. Berkley was the operator and a j.v. partner for WML in the midale properties.

Another tie may be the current director & sec.-treasurer for WML, Doug van den Brink. He was Mgr. of Corporate Affairs for Berkley from Feb.'93 to July'98.

I'm unsure if there are any other blood-line links.......
