In regards to the OTC rules and regulations, don't we
have to have a sustained share price of 4.00 for a time period
of 30 days or so to become eligible for NASDAQ....

Keith, That news is dated July 22,. Did I miss it before, or is it the first time the public knows of it? I seem to remember an IPO yesterday or Monday that also is a Health products Company. Are you familiar with it?

KAA---Looking at it logically----there is really not a lot wrong with the picture---the 10% really only reflects the spread between the bid and the ask.
