*There's an exit clause in the GBLX/FRO deal related to GBLX's stock price and period of time that the stock would have to be in this price range.*

FRO stated that they have every intention of closing the deal.

What about QWST,

Interesting question. But QWST's price has fallen below the band now too. I understand that GBLX can offer more stock and cash for FRO...which of course could lead to a sick spiral. But I wonder what QWST has to do. Maybe USWST can get out of the deal now if it wants to, unless QWST has the right of first refusal.
