Hi LAXCAT, I would have responded sooner but I just saw your message today. I live in the Asheville, NC area--I happened to see an article in the local paper on Redneck Foods when they started up. I have no idea whether they still maintain the small office they use to have. The only thing I can say for sure is that the building that was to be a Foxworthy's restauarant here in Asheville (it was a terrible "off the beaten path" location) will eventually be opened as another restaurant--there is a sign up to that fact.
