DM... ARTT ..Looks to be a broken stock TA wise both weekly and daily...could see it dropping more here.... would likely be a long wait for full recover...you might watch for a quick scalp, but Personally I'd pass....whatever you do, make up your own mind.

With other "more boring" stocks offering respectful returns, I'm elsewhere.... I've also gone from looking for bottom feeder and reversal to high relative strength and breakout candidate... going with the strength

ARTT looking to be a reasonable buy here for a potential quick rise to approximately 11...overall trend is still down so it has to be looked at as a trading situation
