I have emailed the IR several times and cannot seem to get a response back to address WHEN the sites are proposed to be online. A joint announcement several weeks ago stated iCHG and WINR were to launch phase I of SHOPPING DOWNTOWN.COM, but so far nothing and the site shows "under construction". Noticed that iCHG has made some spikes into the $ 3 range, only to fall back later in the day. Also, I read where they were lining up a national expansion finance package - perhaps when that is finalized we will see another major rally. 52-week high was $ 29 intraday and brief, but still a major runnup which hopefully will happen again and hold for awhile. Have you picked up on any site open plans ? or the finance plans ? Regards, Dan
