Jim,

As to the sites being up, well, not exactly.
At PlanetPoker, there were technical glitches encountered which I
am informed were NOT on the part of WINR. Has to do with business
matters external to WINR. No confirmed date has been set.
As to CasinoVega, some problems were encountered, their programmer
staff not available to correct until Aug 9 or so, and the target is
a few more weeks.
So, it will likely be mid-August for CasinoVega and who knows for
PlanetPoker, although I suspect end-August.

What I am looking for:

The recent flood of inquiries ( reported earlier post ) to produce a few contracts where WINR gets the full $ 100,000 license fee.

A successful filing with the SEC in a few weeks to become a
"fully reporting" company <with full press release>.

The SEC to grant fully-reporting status by end of year
(sooner would be better).

The SHOPPINGDOWNTOWN.COM site to open ( phase I ) with
iCHARGEIT.COM so as to begin the e_Commerce initiatives.

note: ICHG has been showing strength lately, even though it fell
from $ 3 - 5 range to lows of 1 9/16. WINR is tight with iCHG.

An investor who believes in WINR can't help but love the extended
buying time opportunity. At $ 1 / share, WINR is trading at
20 times total net earnings to date. Not bad for a startup firm.

BEST TO ALL THE WINR HOLDERS ...

Regards,
Dan
