Garry R.,

I think you have made a great point. You have my complete attention. I like to think that am not just a "mud slinger". I started out as being a very positive poster and migrated to a truthful one then I assume to a negative truthful one.
I am all for doing something proactive to produce a change
in this company.

Your suggestions are good ones for the typical
widely held company. In most companys the shareholders do have
some say in the direction of the company. But Pyng is essentially
a "closely held company" by virtue of the fact that Mr. Jacobs controls at least 43% of the stock. With another large chunk controlled by the BOD that has shown no interest in representing the voice of the average shareholder. The combination of these two holdings make any shareholder action impossible. And the management style of the company reflects the fact that Mr. Jacobs has "total control".

A petition might make us feel better but would not be binding in anyway. I am all for a shareholders meeting to discuss the current state of affairs and would volunteer to set up a time and Chat room for it on Exite.com so everyone could be heard. Let me know if there is any interest.

I really would prefer to do something positive. I just do not know what that would be please give me your ideas.

I'm in full agreement also with your post. Enough already.

Barry Moss nailed it. It's a point I've been wanting to make myself but it would only escalate matters besides I rarely post these days on stock threads. It's far too easy to be made a fool.
But getting back to Barry's point on management posting, I have to agree. Of the 25 or so stocks I follow I've only once read posts from the ceo and that was THW which proved to be a disaster.

If things don't pan out they leave themselves wide open to criticism.
It's a no win situation as far as I'm concerned. But on the other hand when I first bought in, having Jacobs respond was one element that lured me in. I felt the company was up front and truthful.

Over these last few months people have asked some very hard and worthwhile questions. Most of which haven't been answered I'm sorry to say. But if we look at the manner in which there asked then it is plain to see why Michael wouldn't want to.
The man is uncomfortable with the role and continually finds himself defending himself.

My suggestion to Mr Jacobs or to David would be to select one person on this thread to respond to. My suggestion would be Jack. If it's okay with you Jack.
And for those that do have questions, then PM them to Jack so that he can pose them in a friendly and polite manner. And if we don't get a satisfactory response then take it for what it's worth.

Sure would be nice to see us get back on track and on friendly terms with management.

Truce!

mikey

"I am tired of reading through posts that say the same thing
over and over and over. Am I the only one who thinks this way?
Let me know, because if I am, I will stop posting on this thread. "

You are certainly not the only one. I feel the same way and several Pyng shareholders in this area, with whom I talk occasionally, feel the same way too.
I can see no constructive point in this relentless management bashing.
Like one shareholder said to me: "What are they trying to accomplish? If they want to push the share price down they are on the right track."
I agreed. But there is something illogical about that, because the same people who post this negativity claim to be shareholders... Hmmm.
BTW I am late in responding to your question because I don't read this thread as often anymore as I used to. Guess why.
