They cannot go fast enough! I try to support winners and it is evident they are trying hard to get off that list. Possibly the "family orientated" 100% is beginning to bite them on the ass and they do not know what to do...

To get a better handle on a possible replacement for Eisner, the questions that you have to ask, is who are the largest shareholders, and who is on the Board of Directors.

If someone on the thread can point me in the direction of those two bits of information, I will do an analysis for the thread.

It is to be remembered that Mike has taken over 1 Billion in stock options for himself, given his buddy what's his name ovitz the talent agent 600 Million (?), (I know it was stated to be ONLY 120 MM) in a failed attempt to be the next cecil b. demille, and tried to stiff the only guy katzenberg who was turning out profitable movies for the company, which ended up costing the company another 300 Million, AND probably did more to help Dreamworks make a billion that MIGHT have otherwise gone to the company.

It would be nice to know who is exactly in charge of this Popcorn Stand, if you get my drift.
