Thank you. This coming week is shaping up to be a very good one for PINC. I think that you will see a significant increase in the share price, beginning Monday, August 9/99. All of the ingredients seem in place. Corporately, Terry Dennis has done a wonderful job turning this company around. It appears that we will be profitable by the end of September/99. Last Monday we announced a new division, and it is already profitable. We are impatiently waiting for a very significant company to make a news release concerning us. The NR is still undergoing the approval process within that company, and we expect the news to come out the week of the 9th. We have no control over the timing of the NR as we are not the issuing company, so please understand if it does not happen as quickly as we would expect. More announcements will follow rapidly on different aspects of the company. Stock wise, an extensive investor relations program is now in place to ensure that the potential of PINC is received by as many analysts, brokers, and investors as possible. For example, by Wednesday morning, over 200,000 new investors, will learn the Planet City story, via e-mail and fax. Terry and I will be in New York August 16th seeing analysts. One in particular, with a very strong following, has indicated that he is finally going to take an interest in PINC. He has watched the company for a long time, and feels that the timing is now right for he, and the brokers of his company, to get involved. Much more is happening to get the PINC story out, and it all starts this week. I think that the timing is right for investors to either add to their positions, or to take a new position in PINC. The reason for this message today is because I wanted to forewarn our loyal supporters that I think that all of the ingredients are now in place, and that a price increase is expected in the share price of PINC.
