How long does it take to get a new hire running at 100% in this field? JDS 3 Q's ago hired 25% more employees, 400 people 2 Q's ago hired 33% more employees, 900 people JDSU last Q hired ~1600 more employees The reason I point this out is that one would expect to see productivity improvements from these people and that should add to bottom line growth, the question is by how much and over what time period? 60-75% top line growth should yield a higher bottom line growth. Jozef is now running the day to day operations of the combined company and that also should improve bottom line numbers. Does anyone have the stats for SDLI and ETEK over the same time period?
