ECNC fiscal year end is August 31. Their March 1 - May 31 10QSB has not been filed yet (as far as I can see). They have 45 days to file unless there's an extension. So they should have filed it by mid July to be fully compliant. However, since the SEC is phasing in companies using symbol sequence and they are only in the A's now, why would ECNC be getting an "E"? I think that might be the mistake. The phase in schedule shows they have until October to be up to date: otcbb.com Mike
