Hi Mike, The Private offering is still going through according to the announcement. Remember NTI has another clinical ongoing. $1.5 million takes us through Sept. I'm not sure how much the private placement is for. Let's guess MERZ matched the PP. That takes us through the new year. OK let's assume NTI & MERZ decided to defer negotiations until after the results are in. More leverage and a better deal. I like the confidence these two companies have in their products. Suggests they are not willing to sell out for a Song & Dance. I for one am glad NTI has the funds lined up. It makes the wait much easier. Whew. BEST WISHES Jeffrey
