And what exactly has Att done for ATHM? For one, protesting that ATHM should not talk merger with Yahoo. But I believe ATT's bundling strategy with ATHM being a key component is very positive for the long term good of ATHM. Without exclusive contracts with ATT and other MSOs, what is the value of ATHM? Half of the reason we buy ATHM is that ATHM has exclusive distribution pacts with all the MSOs. If not, AOL can get in and clean ATHM up. ATHM's competitive advantage would be lost. So far with only 652K subs, ATHM is too weak to face a direct competition with AOL. Fair to say that?
