Malcolm or anyone I have not found the actual text of the filing..what is it about. Have you talked to Bill yet or is he out visiting Fonar ? thanks Allen not sure why anyone would sell today or why we are not at a buck or more given that MSN wil buy 23mm shares at a buck min.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Got so excited 10 minutes after the first post (Thanks Malcolm!) that my post never reached the SI thread! Oh, So long the wait, but so worth it!! I told you guys Jurick and company were for US THE SHAREHOLDER. It's an good deal for everyone involved. They never left Emerson, they just got a better deal in doubling the $$$ pot! Hee Hee! BTW Allen, the shares outstanding will be about 23 million. What does that do to our BOOK VALUE, Hmmmm.... Somewhere near the present stock price possibly? The song I'm thinking of is, "BORN TO BE WILD"! EMERSON ISLAND PARTY UP AHEAD................. READY CHEERLEADERS?
