Don't really know.
That they've "signed a binding letter of intent" sounds wishy washy to me.
Using 18 million shares doesn't.
Looked for Worldnet on the net but couldn't find it.

FWIW, new CEO is Norbert Lima (530) 674-2590

According to Mr. Pfeffer, all the shares issued are restricted for 1 year at least.

The SEC change of control filing shud be done in next few weeks.

Looks like a nice little crap shoot at these prices IMHO.
