hsg, the SEC knows what happened here. Canadians drove and hyped BII to the moon based on the Nasdaq listing and assorted other rumours. Not much they can do given it's 'let the buyer beware'.

This comment from you is way out of line. First, it take several months of a price under $1.00 to become de-listed. Second, the Nasdaq would have to halt many stocks and have them explain why they are down. Third, your hint of the SEC makes me think you are purposely trying to use scare tactics. You obviously are shorting this stock or trying to pick up shares at a lower price.
