You know what I like? A full house...

You know what I hate? Teeny tiny little bitty grains of sand, and loose bits of thread, that are in my bed even though I shake all my sheets and pillows off before I get into bed, and they all collect under my hips. Which, you could say to be nice, is my center of gravity. Or you could make rude comments about my butt, but you wouldn't do that.

And when I sleep, tossing and turning, from my left side to my right side, from my right side to my left side, these almost infinitesimal objects creep to the low point of the bed, where they stop. If I like on my left side, it's under my left hip. If I lie on my right side, it's under my right hip.

I wake up, and carefully pick the tiny grain of sand, or the balled up loose thread, off the sheet, and fling it to the floor, and go back to sleep, until it happens again.

I hate that.
