The bottom line is a lot of Market Makers they were shorting including retail investors but why?I can see MM's shorting an average pump & dump like EGGS going from 10 dollars to 20 and then short it because more likely it will fall back down after a few days,but SNRS?If the company had the approval SNRS would trade 30-50 dollars or even higher and may had never seen the teen's again....so theydid not take a risk,they knew the panel's desicion ahead of time,period.Can this been proven?probably not with overseas trading accounts,and if they do get found in violation,so what,they will pay a small fine of a 200K and then business as usual.They made millions not 100's!!!!,while we have lost of our money or almost all of it.I know at least 6 of my friends that had invested on SNRS because of me that lostt all their money and had to make margin payments of top of that,who is going to pay us back if the SEC had to prove that there was a real conspirasy in the works here?NOBODY....they will say "that is the risk you take by investing"....and I will say.."did you say investing?"where?...this is not investing,this is worst than gambling,I get more returns on blackjack than the market,and while gambling I am trying my lock,I see the cards on the table but in the market is like playing blackjack and only the dealer sees the cards.
