Ken, 11% of the current NAZ index would represent a 275 min swing. The report you refer to, does not make sense?

Anyway let's hope for a better day tomorrow....and some analysts' rationalizations, This stock, in my opinion, has fallen too low.

I remain surprised....but then again.....I've seen a lot. I suppose then, I am surprised that I am surprised:)

all the best,
Martin

Kenneth, Msft is off about 15% from highs. Tlab about 20%. Qcom about 15%. Wcom ibm etc all down over last few weeks. Internets 40 to 50 % or more.
The effect is margin calls. None of the above explain Nortel recent decline but do indicate to me that at least some rotation out of techs is happening. Note Msft, Tlab, nok, Nt, & qcom were all hitting all time highs at about same time just a short time ago. I expected but do not like to see them back off. Hopefully nothing fundamentally wrong. I have seen no news to account for the Nortel drop other than interest rate and inflation concerns.
Good luck to all,
Robert d.

Just confirmed on CNBC. NAZ off 11% off it's recent high.

I thought you were referring to today's activity only.

Silly me.
