Owens River below Pleasant Valley Dam "catch and release" area did so on Sunday afternoon.Communicating with nature on a beautiful day I took 15 color full native browns.Joe's Hopper took the fat fish [some pregnant with eggs no doubt] getting fatter for the winter I suspect.

I fished the tailwater section of the Blue river on Sat. They are draining lake Dillion and so big fish from the protected part of the tailwater are forced down to where you can get to them. I was fishing 3X and couldn't land any of the big ones, but i did hook plenty of them. What a time.
