Rarebird, I joined SI on NOV 23, 1995!! Every few months a bear like you comes along...runs his mouth..scares all the new guys...enjoys a few days of being right...goes away broke. You are dead wrong about your doom and gloom. You should have the common decency not to scare the new investor who does not understand that this pain is part of the game. I'm sure you believe you are right about this market, but history says you are DEAD WRONG. Dave

If the major averages break their May-June lows, I will join your short party, Rare. But my guess at the moment is that they hold.
