I was in their Calgary office in October 1998 and saw their Thermoelectric products and heaters for the army. The office looked very efficient and not at all fancy, no $5,000 desks for the execs. The manufacturing is done in Bassano east of Calgary and I did not go there. The Fuel cell lab was off limits. Jim Perry answered all my questions forthrightly and was very courteous.
