U.B. I do not know where GPGI get their money to stay afloat, apparently that is one of Jensen's strong points, he always finds some more money, but with the stock under $.20, it will become more and more dilutive. There will be a point, I presume, where someone who believes the heap contains the goodies will step to the plate and gobble the thing up, or, of course, the possibility of closing the operations will have to be considered. One thing you have got to say, Jensen is tenacious, and I think he'll fight like like hell to prevent such an outcome. Zeev
