I think it might be a let-down on the on-net numbers compared to recent announcement's of 8000 building's with roof rights. The way I calculated is:

69,000 lines X 48% = 33,120 lines on-net

33,120 lines divided by 24 (number of lines per T1) equals 1380 T1's.

Conservative average of 4 T1's per bldg equates to a maximum on-net number of 345 bldgs.

These numbers are a long way from 8000 next year (2000/quarter). And of course what we still don't know is how many of them are truly being served with a wireless solution (which they state is lower cost) versus fiber, copper etc.

I havn't noticed any comment here or the other thread about these figures but they do deserve a little attention.
