Per your inquiry about #2239, go to the Cypress investor forum section of the Cypress website. Specifically, go to STOCK PERFORMANCE and read items 163 and 167. The "Insider" section of Yahoo Finance shows that the two officers filed to sell 100,000 shares of stock, each. If you go to the insider area of the Individual Investor Online website, TJR is listed at 50,000 shares. The other officer in question has two listings, one for 95,000 shares, and the other for 66,142 shares. All of the postings are at the end of July 1999. Draw your own conclusions. Please, check the websites yourself. I'm not making-up any of this.

There have been an additional three planned sale filings: Rodgers, Thurman J. 70,000 shares Hernandez, Emmanuel 50,000 shares Alvarez, Antonio r. 50,000 shares I found the above on the Individual Investor Online site, there are no false assumptions here, these are facts.

I could literally see the lobsters jumping out of the boiling water with today's action (all chips in fact). CY closed strong, near the high, $24 3/16's, up $3 3/16's. There are two additional planned sale filings. TJR has filed to sell 40,000 shares. This appeared both on the Individual Investor Online and Yahoo Finance websites. TJR's total shares planned for sale equal 160,000 on the Individual Investor Online site, whereas the total on the Yahoo Finance site is 140,000 shares. The other new planned sale filing found on Yahoo is for Fred B. Bialek, and this planned sale is 5,000 shares. The summary for planned sales on the Individual Investor site is 521,142; on the Yahoo Finance site the total is 418,784.
